返品・返金ポリシー

当店の商品はすべて受注生産です。

ご注文確定後に製作を開始するため、お客様都合によるキャンセル、返品および交換はお受けしておりません。

商品に不具合がある場合、配送中に破損した場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールでご連絡ください。その際、商品および梱包状態が分かる写真の添付をお願いいたします。

状況を確認のうえ、修理、交換または返金にて対応いたします。当店の責任による返品・交換にかかる送料は、当店が負担いたします。

事前のご連絡なく返送された商品は、お受けできない場合があります。

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All Essor Diamond products are made to order.

As production begins after your order is confirmed, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges due to a change of mind.

If your item arrives defective, damaged during shipping, or different from what you ordered, please contact us by email within seven days of delivery. Please include photographs clearly showing the item and the condition of the packaging.

After reviewing the circumstances, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. Essor Diamond will cover the return shipping costs when the issue is attributable to us.

Items returned without contacting us in advance may not be accepted.
