利用規約


本利用規約は、Essor Diamond（以下「当店」といいます）が運営するオンラインストアの利用条件を定めるものです。当店をご利用いただく場合、本規約に同意したものとみなします。


1．商品について


当店の商品は、ご注文確定後に製作を開始する受注生産品です。商品の色や輝きは、ご利用の画面や撮影環境等により、実物と多少異なって見える場合があります。


2．ご注文と契約の成立


お客様が注文手続きを完了し、当店から注文確認メールが送信された時点で売買契約が成立します。


価格の誤表示、在庫・材料の調達不能、不正利用の疑い、その他やむを得ない事情がある場合は、お客様へご連絡のうえ、ご注文を取り消し、受領済みの代金を返金する場合があります。


3．販売価格およびお支払い


販売価格は、各商品ページに税込価格で表示します。利用可能なお支払い方法および決済時期は、当店の表示およびチェックアウト画面の案内に従うものとします。


4．配送


商品の発送時期、送料および配送方法については、当店の配送ポリシーおよび各商品ページの表示をご確認ください。天候、交通事情、配送業者の都合、その他当店の合理的な管理を超える事情により、配送が遅れる場合があります。


5．返品・交換・キャンセル


返品、交換、キャンセルおよび返金については、当店の返品・返金ポリシーに従うものとします。


6．お客様の責任


お客様は、注文時に正確な氏名、住所、連絡先その他の必要事項をご入力ください。入力内容の誤りや不備により配送不能、遅延または追加費用が生じた場合、当店は責任を負いかねます。


7．禁止事項


当店の利用にあたり、法令または公序良俗に反する行為、不正な注文・決済、当店または第三者の権利を侵害する行為、その他当店が不適切と判断する行為を禁止します。


8．知的財産権


当店のウェブサイトに掲載されている文章、画像、ロゴ、デザインその他のコンテンツに関する権利は、当店または正当な権利者に帰属します。許可なく複製、転載または使用することを禁止します。


9．責任について


当店は、当店の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、当店の合理的な管理を超える事情によって生じた損害について責任を負いません。ただし、消費者契約法その他の適用法令により当店が責任を負う場合は、この限りではありません。


10．規約の変更


当店は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更等に応じ、必要な範囲で本規約を変更する場合があります。変更後の規約は、当店のウェブサイトに掲載した時点から適用されます。


11．準拠法


本規約および当店との取引には、日本法が適用されます。

  1. Products


All of our products are made to order, and production begins after your order is confirmed. Product colors and brilliance may appear slightly different from the actual item depending on your screen settings, lighting, and photography conditions.


  1. Orders and Contract Formation


A sales contract is formed when you complete the checkout process and we send you an order confirmation email.


If there is a pricing error, an inability to obtain the necessary materials, suspected fraudulent activity, or another unavoidable circumstance, we may contact you, cancel the order, and refund any payment already received.


  1. Prices and Payment


Prices are displayed on each product page and include applicable Japanese consumption tax unless otherwise stated. Available payment methods and the timing of payment are shown at checkout.


  1. Shipping


Please refer to our Shipping Policy and the relevant product page for estimated dispatch times, shipping fees, and delivery methods. Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transportation conditions, carrier operations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.


  1. Customer Responsibilities


Customers must provide accurate names, addresses, contact details, and other required information when placing an order. We are not responsible for failed delivery, delays, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

You must not use our store for any unlawful purpose, fraudulent order or payment, infringement of our rights or the rights of others, or any other activity that we reasonably consider inappropriate.
