配送ポリシー

配送地域

現在、日本国内への配送のみ承っております。海外配送については、準備が整い次第開始する予定です。

配送料

日本国内への配送料は無料です。

発送までの期間

当店の商品はすべて受注生産です。決済確認後に製作を開始し、ご注文から約5〜6週間で発送いたします。

製作状況等により発送が遅れる場合は、メールでご連絡いたします。

配送にかかる期間

商品発送後、通常3〜5営業日程度でのお届けを予定しております。

天候、交通事情、配送業者の都合、離島その他の地域等により、お届けが遅れる場合があります。配送期間は目安であり、到着日を保証するものではありません。

配送先について

ご注文時には、郵便番号、住所、建物名、部屋番号および氏名を正確にご入力ください。

入力内容の誤りや不足によって再配送等が必要になった場合、追加送料をご負担いただくことがあります。発送後の配送先変更はお受けできない場合があります。

配送中の破損・誤配送

商品が破損して届いた場合、またはご注文と異なる商品が届いた場合は、商品到着後7日以内にメールでご連絡ください。商品および梱包状態が分かる写真の添付をお願いいたします。

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Area

We currently ship only within Japan. International shipping will become available once the necessary arrangements have been completed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping within Japan is free of charge.

Processing Time

All of our products are made to order. Production begins after payment has been confirmed, and orders are normally dispatched approximately five to six weeks after the order is placed.

If production causes a delay, we will contact you by email.

Estimated Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes approximately three to five business days.

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, transportation conditions, carrier operations, remote locations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Address

Please provide an accurate postal code, address, building name, apartment or unit number, and recipient name when placing your order.

If redelivery or another arrangement becomes necessary because the information provided was incorrect or incomplete, you may be responsible for the additional shipping costs. We may be unable to change the shipping address after an order has been dispatched.

Damage During Shipping or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or if you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us by email within seven days of delivery. Please include photographs clearly showing the item and the condition of the packaging.
